CENTRAL FARM SERVICE/ CFS FOUNDATION DONATION REQUEST FORM

Contribution Policy

Central Farm Service/CFS Foundation’s contribution policy is dedicated to serving the communities where our cooperative has members, employees, and facilities. Requests that are ag-focused, feature agriculture education, hunger relief, or help provide safety measures for our community members remain at the heart of our giving structure.   

Examples of successful projects supported by CFS include:

  • Emergency equipment for volunteer fire departments
  • Farm Safety Camps
  • FFA leadership camps, Ag Education
  • 4-H programs
  • Food self/pantries

Matching funds will NOT be awarded for the following purposes:

  • Direct funding to individuals - including fundraisers or scholarships for individuals
  • Trade and business associations
  • Political, lobbying, or fraternal groups
  • Religious groups for religious activities

Donation Guidelines:

  • CFS and the CFS Foundation will consider donation requests that are submitted on this form. (no phone or in person requests)
  • The CFS Foundation will review donation requests in March, July, and November. Deadline to submit requests for review are February 28, June 30, and October 31. Once approved payments can take 6-8 weeks to process.
