CFS MEMBERSHIP AND CREDIT
APPLICATION
CFS is member owned, which means when you spend money with us, you can get money back in the form of Patronage!
To purchase product and/or sell grain to CFS, you must have an active account. Please fill out the credit application to the right and include any necessary documents (ST3 form for sales tax exemption).
If you would like to prepay or pay upon delivery, please note that on the application. A credit check will not be done, and your account will be set up as cash on delivery (COD) status.
Inform us of:
- Name, Address, and phone number changes
- Account name and/or title changes
- Dissolution of a business/partnership
- Pending sale/transfer of a property
- Renter changes
